EPF ‘must release investment info’

epf1KUALA LUMPUR: The National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE) has urged the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) to make public all its investments in light of the dividends declared over the past few years. NUBE general secretary J. Solomon said EPF could make its investments public on its website. He said the move would allay contributors’ concerns about their investment. He said EPF’s explanation about its dividends, which was justified due to the economic crisis, was not compelling enough.
